I decided to take Trevor on one last "free" flight before he turned two. One week before! He traveled well and enjoyed looking out the window. He called the woman next to us grandma. She didn't hear him but I got a chuckle out of it. She and her husband were consumed with their laptops the whole way and didnt say boo to us! We arrived in Philly and I had fun lugging more than enough luggage, a car seat and child in stroller out to the rental car shuttle. Got on the shuttle and went for a ride through south Philly to thrifty. I should have know. By their name that this was going to be an adventure. Got there. Waited in line foe fifteen minutes. Was given my instructions and lugged everything out to the lot only to see another group getting into my car. Come to find out the same thing just happened to them ant the company says they have steps in place so this doesn't happen. After pitching a mild fit they offered me any car on the lot! We finally got going at rush hour on our ride to Lindsey's house. Trevor ate every bit of food I had in the car in that one hour ride!
We got to Lindsey's and met baby cousin Jacob and Brad. It was funny to see Lindsey's reaction when the first thing out of Trevor's mouth was " hi Jacob!" She wasn't expecting a talked! We ate dinner and the boys played. Trevor enjoyed being the big kid for a change and did a nice job sharing and playing! We passed out that night and woke up to play with make T breakfast so his mommy could get ready for work. The boys played together on the floor and trevor talked baby talk to jake.
