Gavin's Spring Break...
So, here are a few highlights from Gavin's spring break. Let's just say we kept him busy so when he got the opportunity to sit still he fell asleep!

Gavin turns 5!
We had a fun filled day. We started out with breakfast and an early movie. We went to see the muppets at 9:55. I think this might be the first movie I've seen in the theater since before G was born. Stadium seating, leather-esque reclining seats and pick your seat ahead of time like you're going to a sporting event!
The boys enjoyed the movie and even sat through all 1:50 of it. Then it was off to lunch where we met up with daddy. He stayed home to bake birthday cake! Mmm.
Later we had grandma Joyce over for dinner, cake and presents! Followed by a sugar high and bedtime.
And we have a five year old!

Trevor photos
Here are a few photos of Trevor Lever. He's a funny kid. Very observant and a great bike (strider). Loves super Heros. And is doing great at potty training. Yeah Trevor!

Gavin takes the bus!
Last Mondays adventure included dropping the car off In Boulder and running a few errands by bike. Gavin got to go on the bike path, take the bus back to lafayette then bike to the park. Stay tuned for our next Monday adventure!

Set a wet a fi-ah
This is a phrase that had me stumped for weeks. Trevor would come home from Maria's saying it. I had no idea what it meant. Once in a while Trevor would say Emol's phone. Ok. Finally I asked Maria and Emol what this meant. Emol says, it's the "set the world on fire," song. He plays it in his phone. The kids love it! Oh! I went home and pulled up the song on YouTube and sure enough Trevor sings along. He must take after me with his finely tuned ear for song lyrics!
I had him sing to grandma Joyce in the car today. We'll have to play her the song!
