I recently upgraded Trevor to his 2 year old tops. I was getting tired of the same ol stuff! I also pulled out the bag of Crocs from Uncle David and realized a pair of Spiderman Crocs fit. Trevor now calls them his "running shoes" - he won't let me put his sneakers -- in the winter no less. He insists on his Crocs. Thanks Uncle David! Your shoes are a hit!

Trader Joe's Coloring Pages
Grandma Miriam likes to pick up and send Trader Joe's coloring pages every so often. She just asked if the boys had done their coloring. Here you go! Gavin is getting very detailed with his work. Trevor usually just throws the crayons all over the floor, again and again!
Holiday Lights
Last night after dinner, I thought it would be fun to jump in the car and visit a few houses in Broomfield that go all out with their holiday lights. We took Gavin 2 years ago and thought we'd go back to the same houses again! Sure enough, they were all decked out. It was a cold evening but still fun to get out and look at lights.
I told Joel I am inspired to go big next year! He said I have 370 days to get going.
Dave, what about a family contest? Are you with me?

Consider yourself updated!
Just one more...
This is a good one! I had left a roll of paper towels in the hallway upstairs by the boys bathroom one evening. Gavin had gone upstairs for something and it got really quiet. He came down very excited for us to see what he had done. Joel went up and called me saying you gotta see this. Gavin decided to unroll the whole roll up and down the hallway. He was very proud of this and told me about it as I sat on the steps and listened to his story. What a hoot!
In the photos, Gavin is explaining to me how he created his art. Joel and I often comment that the kid is a character!

Hanukkah!
Since we celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas, I pulled out the Hanukkah box one day when Joel was out and decorated the family room and kitchen. He came home and pointed at a few of the decorations remembering them from his childhood! I also got out Gavin and Trevor's menorah's from Grandma Miriam. Gavin, Trevor and I played with the dredals - mainly shooting them off the table onto the floor!
On the first night of Hanukkah, I made potato pancakes and matzos ball soup. Trevor was into the potato pancakes - they didn't last very long! We did Facetime with Grandma Miriam and Gavin did a great job repeating daddy with the prayer. Grandma was impressed! Gavin enjoyed putting candles into the menorah each night.
More Thanksgiving Photos!
Joel took a few shots with his phone that I thought were fun!
Gavin and Ezra hanging out on the couch.
Gavin and Ezra with blue tongues from Garry's birthday cake icing!
Mommy and Trevor liked the icing too!
